You can check your order status by clicking on the my account link at the top of this page. If you don't have an account, you will still receive an email update with a tracking number when your order is shipped. 

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

We pride ourselves on fast order processing and shipping. Due to this, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it's been submitted. Does Bryan Anthonys Take Telephone Orders?

Bryan Anthonys does not accept telephone orders at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. 

Does Bryan Anthonys Charge Sales Tax?

Bryan Anthonys is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to the State of Texas, where Bryan Anthonys operates.

How Do I Apply A Promotional Code To My Order?

After selecting your products, simply navigate to your cart and select the button to use a coupon code. Once selected, a form will appear where you can enter your promotional code. 

How Do I Know If My Order Was Processed And /Or Shipped?

Upon completion of your order / checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have an account with BryanAnthonys.com, you can login to your account and View Your Order History under the My Orders section. If you believe your order was processed and you didn't receive an email, contact us via our contact form or email us at customerservice[at]bryananthonys.com. Please be sure to check your spam and or junk mail folders. 

Do I Need An Account To Make A Purchase On BryanAnthonys.com?

No, you do not need an account to make a purchase on BryanAnthonys.com. However, it is recommended that you create an account. Having an account unlocks many features, including but not limited to; Viewing Your Order History, Creating and Modifying A Wish List, and Storing Your Information, which enables you to checkout much quicker on future orders.  

When Will My Order Arrive?

Please allow 1-2 days for order processing. Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive (dependent upon your location and shipping method). All of our packages ship via the United States Postal Service. The United States Postal Service does not deliver packages on Sundays. Bryan Anthonys will ship all packages out of Austin, Texas.

What Is The Shipping Cost?

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $3.95 for 2-5 day delivery and Expedited Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 for 1-3 Priority Mail. Orders over $75.00 ship for free.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

Yes. We offer 1-3 day Priority Mail shipping for a flat rate fee of $7 and 1-2 day Priority Mail Express shipping for a flate rate fee of $28. We do not offer any other expedited shipping methods. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Can You Ship My Order To Multiple Addresses?

At this time, Bryan Anthonys does not ship orders to multiple addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

What Are Your Return Policies?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Items that are purchased on sale can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the sale amount at the time of purchase. (less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment).

All return items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Bryan Anthonys reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

How Long Does It Take To Process Returns?

Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon email receipt, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your billing statement.
