Bryan Anthonys accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal. All prices are in USD.
You can check your order status by clicking on the my account link at the top of this page. If you don't have an account, you will still receive an email update with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
We pride ourselves on fast order processing and shipping. Due to this, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it's been submitted. After selecting your products, simply navigate to your cart and select the button to use a coupon code. Once selected, a form will appear where you can enter your promotional code.
Upon completion of your order / checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have an account with BryanAnthonys.com, you can login to your account and View Your Order History under the My Orders section. If you believe your order was processed and you didn't receive an email, contact us via our contact form or email us at customerservice[at]bryananthonys.com. No, you do not need an account to make a purchase on BryanAnthonys.com. However, it is recommended that you create an account. Having an account unlocks many features, including but not limited to; Viewing Your Order History, Creating and Modifying A Wish List, and Storing Your Information, which enables you to checkout much quicker on future orders.
All orders ship same or next day** (depending on the time the order is placed). Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive (dependent upon your location and shipping method). All of our packages ship via the United States Postal Service. The United States Postal Service does not deliver packages on Sundays. Bryan Anthonys will ship all packages out of Austin, Texas.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $3.95 for 2-5 day delivery and Expedited Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00 for 1-3 Priority Mail. Orders over $75.00 ship for free.
Yes. We offer 1-3 day Priority Mail shipping for a flat rate fee of $7 and 1-2 day Priority Mail Express shipping for a flate rate fee of $28. We do not offer any other expedited shipping methods. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

International Return Policy
At this time, Bryan Anthonys does not ship orders to multiple addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Items that are purchased on sale can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the sale amount at the time of purchase. (less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment).
All return items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Bryan Anthonys reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon email receipt, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your billing statement.
In the event that you forget or lose your password, simply navigate to the top of this page and click on the My Account link. Once you are presented with the Account Login Page, select the Forgotten Password link. Enter your email address in the form, and click the “submit” button. Shortly after this submission, you will receive an email confirming your password credentials.
A Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Card is the electronic equivalent of a plastic gift card. To purchase a Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Card please Click Here.
Upon your completion of the checkout process, the recipient will electronically receive their E-Gift Card via email.
Unfortunately we do not have the option to delay or schedule the delivery of a Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Card. However, you could have the E-Gift Card sent to your email address and forward it to the recipient at your convenience.

Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Cards are non-refundable, all E-Gift Card sales are final. If you return an item that was purchased with a Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Card, your refund will be credited in the form of store credit
What Are Your 14k Gold & Silver Finishes?
Our 14k gold and silver (rhodium) finishes give our products a unique appearance. All of our products are plated nickel free and sealed with a clear anti tarnish coating to help protect the piece and provide a long lasting hold to it's finish.
My Product Broke, Do You Provide Replacements?
Of course! We back our products 100%. If you have any issues with your piece(s) just send us an email with an image of the piece(s) and we will have a replacement sent right out!
