As a key contributor to the Marketing Department, this position is responsible for establishing the brand voice and identity through all marketing verticals. Writing and proofreading Bryan Anthonys - branded packaging and digital copy. This position must strategize the editorial calendar and execute 360 seasonal campaigns alongside product releases and launches. Must craft creative, relevant, and compelling copy that consistently communicates the Bryan Anthonys brand voice.


Established brand voice and visual identity through all marketing verticals

Strategized and executed against editorial calendar and 360 seasonal campaigns alongside product releases and launches.

Owned all front-end design and development; programmed all web updates and functional needs in relation to blog and copy needs.

Develop and write creative copy for projects including, but not limited to, campaigns, emails & e-commerce assets, PR kits, promotions, and other marketing materials.

Work closely with Bryan Anthonys team members to support product naming and branding projects, providing original ideas and creative input.

Responsible for setting up copy status meetings.

Management of copy deadlines and assignments.

Proof all copy to ensure accuracy of information and mechanics of writing, which includes punctuation, spelling, structure and organization.

Correct and revise copy until approved and maintain history of all copy revisions throughout entire project cycle.

Must be able to prioritize while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Must always adhere to quality and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where innovation, creativity, a positive attitude, growth, passion and fun are valued.

Utilize a consistent, compelling and brand-appropriate voice throughout all communications.

Develop familiarity with cruelty-free vegan products and industry trends in order to identify features and benefits and ensure copy is thorough and accurate.

Develop blog ideas and stories.

Write and organize copy for social media outlets.


BA in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field

Minimum of 2-3 years copywriting experience

Minimum of 2-3 of e-commerce experience

Thorough understanding of the rules governing the grammar and usage of the English language as well as familiarity with standard reference texts

Experience in beauty or fashion preferred
