We are currently looking for a full time customer service representative in our Austin office to start immediately.
Responsible for acting as a liaison between our customers and Bryan Anthonys. These responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting with customer orders, answering customer questions thoughtfully, editing and cancelling orders, package tracking and all other inquiries. Other Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with a small team
- Maintaining analytics through spreadsheets
- Receiving and Processing Returns
- Checking and Packing special orders
- Answer questions on Bryan Anthonys product line.
- Work with the leadership team to stay updated on product knowledge and new product releases.
Support special projects as needed throughout the year.
- Detail Oriented with the ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs
- Knowledge of applications such as Gorgias, Shopify, Slack and ShipStation preferred but not required
- Ability to work in the office
