Bryan Anthonys is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to develop and execute our influencer marketing efforts from the ground up. The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for Bryan Anthonys paid influencer strategy as it will serve as a key customer acquisition and storytelling channel for the brand. You will work to reach and convert our target audience at scale by identifying influencers/ambassadors, activating our community, amplifying our brand story, and empowering new customers to experience Bryan Anthonys.
Develop and execute a robust paid influencer strategy to drive new customer acquisition and brand awareness, achieving an efficient CAC and amplifying key brand messaging and moments.
Craft innovative/advantageous partnerships with social media influencers/content creators who can drive orders, spread positive word of mouth, and increase overall brand reach.
Lead communication on influencer campaigns between Bryan Anthonys and influencers, ensure campaign and messaging are executed correctly and on time, and optimize strategy when necessary.
Oversee outreach to and management of influencers (or brand partners) including contracts, deliverables, and overall thoughtful social media program management
Simultaneously manage a high volume of influencer relationships, interactions and shipments; meanwhile fostering long-term relationships with key influencers and content creators
Strategize with the marketing team to ensure partnerships are driving cost efficient customer acquisition and make real-time necessary updates to partnerships in an effort to exceed goals.
Collaborate with internal marketing team to ensure that content and influencers are well aligned with brand goals

This role will report directly to the company’s CEO with whom you will work directly on a day-to-day basis, but duties will span cross-functionally and certain projects will support other functional leaders.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strategic thinker and detail oriented.
Other qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in marketing, PR, communications, or journalism)
3+ years experience in influencer marketing
Social media wizard who is well-versed in all platforms (IG, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, SnapChat, Musically etc.) and in tune with how the Influencer Marketing landscape differs across each respective platform
Adept at core marketing principles and metrics such as ROI, CPA, engagement rate, etc.
Strong understanding of spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and readily adapts to learning new software/tools (fast learner!)
Effectively communicating to a large number of people while representing the Bryan Anthonys brand is of high importance
Strong written and verbal communicator
Must take initiative and be a problem solver
