Required
– 6+ years of experience working in-house or at a creative agency
– Experience working with ecommerce brands
– Expert in Adobe Creative Suite a must — Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
– Proficiency in Figma
– Experience with creating all digital assets, including social media, website banners, emails, promotions materials, ads, GIFs
– Experience with creating all print assets, including direct mailers, packaging, promotional materials, artwork, greeting cards
– Highly skilled illustrator and iconographer (you are both an iPad / Apple Pencil artist and a pen tool wizard)
– A genuine passion and excitement for the brand
– Ability to adhere to fast timelines and shifting deadlines
– Interprets feedback constructively and objectively, with a positive attitude, and effectively / efficiently revises projects based on feedback
– Passion for creating assets from scratch
– Expert knowledge in preparing files for print
– Enthusiastic to use their entire skillset to wear multiple hats and contribute to projects / tasks outside their job description
– Ability to take projects from ideation to creation and execution
– High level of engagement and self-initiative, self-sufficient, proactive, ambitious, goal oriented
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Proactive in coming up with new ways to refresh the brand and contribute new ideas for product extensions
– Good at project management and keeping track of all moving parts and their responsibilities
– Expert typography skills, our company is all about words so attention to detail in terms of type is very important
– Ability to execute quickly but with great attention to detail
– Experience adhering to and developing brand guidelines
Nice to have…
– Experience working with other jewelry brands or similar categories a plus
– After Effects and motion design knowledge, animation
– Understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
– Ability to create wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes
– Shopify experience (in terms of building out pages with components, creating product pages)
– Able to draw insights from data and work with marketing team to make those insights actionable
