When Will My Order Arrive?
Please allow up to two business days for order processing. Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive.
What Are Your Return Policies?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30-days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit), less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Items purchased on sale can be returned within 14-days of the delivery date for a refund of the sale amount at the time of purchase. (less shipping fees, except for an incorrect shipment).
Engraved pieces and curated gift sets are nonrefundable.
All return items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition in the original packaging.
Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return.
What is shipping protection?
Bryan Anthonys provides a shipping insurance option to accompany your order. This is useful in the event of any damage or peril to your item that may lead to any of the following:
- Replacement of original order
- Refund of the original order
- Issuance of a gift card of equal value
