Mixed feelings

I love the style. The day I received my new ring, I noticed two stones are missing. I emailed customer support and have not heard back about a replacement.

I received multiple duplicates

I received a duplicate of one pair of earrings, and 2 duplicates of the high/low necklace (3 total). I've reached out to see if there can be any exchange or replacements but I have not received a reply.
