Bryan Anthonys accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal & Apple Pay. All prices are in USD.
How Can I Check The Status of My Order?
You can check your order status by clicking on the my account link at the top of this page. If you don't have an account, you will still receive an email update with a tracking number when your order is shipped. 
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
We pride ourselves on fast order processing and shipping. Due to this, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. Does Bryan Anthonys Take Telephone Orders?

Does Bryan Anthonys Charge Sales Tax?
Bryan Anthonys is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to the State of Texas, where Bryan Anthonys operates.
How Do I Apply A Promotional Code To My Order?
After selecting your products, simply navigate to your cart and select the button to use a coupon code. Once selected, a form will appear where you can enter your promotional code. 

  • Only 1 (ONE) coupon code can be used per order.
  • Coupon codes are not valid during sitewide sales. Discounts are already applied during the sale period.
  • Wholesale customers are NOT eligible to use coupon or promo codes.
How Do I Know If My Order Was Processed And/Or Shipped?
Upon completion of your order / checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have an account with, you can login to your account and View Your Order History under the My Orders section. If you believe your order was processed and you didn't receive an email, contact us via our contact form or email us at customerservice[at] Please be sure to check your spam and or junk mail folders. 
Do I Need An Account To Make A Purchase On
No, you do not need an account to make a purchase on However, it is recommended that you create an account. Having an account unlocks many features, including but not limited to; Viewing Your Order History and Storing Your Information, which enables you to checkout much quicker on future orders.  

Shipping & Returns

When Will My Order Arrive?
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing** (depending on the time the order is placed). Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive (dependent upon your location and shipping method). All of our packages ship via USPS. Bryan Anthonys will ship all packages out of our Austin, Texas warehouse.

What Is The Shipping Cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $3.95 for 2-6 day delivery. Expedited Shipping is calculated based on the chosen service. Orders over $75.00 ship for free.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes. We offer multiple expedited options. Rates are determined at checkout based on weight & location. The cutoff times for UPS Next Day Air & USPS Priority Mail Express same day shipments are Monday-Friday 3PM Central Time.

Do You Ship Outside of The United States?

Yes, Bryan Anthonys ships Worldwide.

Bryan Anthonys does not have information on duties or customs, therefore we are not able to estimate these charges. Bryan Anthonys is not responsible for these associated fees. All fees will be paid by customer at the time of delivery.
  • Shipping times for international orders may vary and Bryan Anthonys is unable to guarantee delivery dates on international orders.
  • Customs processing may delay international shipments an additional 10 business days.

International Return Policy

Can You Ship My Order To Multiple Addresses?
At this time, Bryan Anthonys does not ship orders to multiple addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
What Are Your Return Policies?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Items that are purchased on sale can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the sale amount at the time of purchase. (less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment).

All return items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Bryan Anthonys reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

How Long Does It Take To Process Returns?
Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon email receipt, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your billing statement.

I Lost My Account Password, How Can I Retrieve It?
In the event that you forget or lose your password, simply navigate to the top of this page and click on the My Account link. Once you are presented with the Account Login Page, select the Forgotten Password link. Enter your email address in the form, and click the “submit” button. Shortly after this submission, you will receive an email confirming your password credentials.

How Will The Recipient Receive Their Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Card?
Upon your completion of the checkout process, the you will electronically receive an E-Gift Card via email. To send this gift card to another recipient, you can print out the email or forward it to the recipients’ email address. Gift card emails contain a code that can be applied at the end of the checkout process.
Can I Delay or Schedule The Delivery of A Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Card?
Unfortunately we do not have the option to delay or schedule the delivery of a Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Card. However, the E-Gift Card is sent to your email address so you can forward it to the recipient at your convenience.
How Can I Redeem My Bryan Anthonys com E-Gift Card?
After selecting your products, simply begin checking out and input your code in the "gift card or discount code" field. 
Can E-Gift Cards Be Returned?
Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Cards are non-refundable, all E-Gift Card sales are final. If you return an item that was purchased with a Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Card, your refund will be credited in the form of store credit.

Our 14k gold and silver (rhodium) finishes give our products a unique appearance. All of our products are plated nickel free and sealed with a clear anti tarnish coating to help protect the piece and provide a long lasting hold to it's finish.
