Ordering

You can check your order status by clicking on the my account link at the top of this page. If you don't have an account, you will still receive an email update with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

We pride ourselves on fast order processing and shipping. Due to this, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at orderchange@bryananthonys.com.

Bryan Anthonys now accepts telephone orders! We can be reached toll free at 1-855-200-4122.

Upon completion of your order / checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have an account with BryanAnthonys.com, you can login to your account and View Your Order History under the My Orders section. If you believe your order was processed and you didn't receive an email, contact us via our contact form or email us at customerservice@bryananthonys.com. Please be sure to check your spam and or junk mail folders.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing** (depending on the time the order is placed). Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive (dependent upon your location and shipping method). You have the option to ship via USPS or UPS for all domestic orders. Bryan Anthonys will ship all packages out of our Austin, Texas warehouse.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $3.95 for 2-6 day delivery. Expedited Shipping is calculated based on the chosen service. Orders over $75.00 ship for free.

Yes. We offer multiple expedited options. Rates are determined at checkout based on weight & location. The cutoff times for UPS Next Day Air & USPS Priority Mail Express same day shipments are Monday-Friday 2PM Central Time.

Yes, we deliver to P.O. Boxes, FPOs and APOs.

We ship via DHL Express - rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. To choose DHL Express, please select this option as you are checking out online for best in class service.

At this time we do not accept returns on international orders. If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us

At this time, Bryan Anthonys does not ship orders to multiple addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items purchased at full price (within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or credit) less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Items that are purchased on sale can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the sale amount at the time of purchase. (less shipping fees, except in the case of an incorrect shipment).


All return items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition in the original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered are not acceptable for return. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Bryan Anthonys reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.


To return or exchange an item, please send us a message via our online Contact Form. Please include your order number in your response.

Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon email receipt, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear on your billing statement.

Our Frames and Canvases ship from our printer vendor’s facility. If you order jewelry with one of these items, you will have two separate packages, tracking numbers, and delivery dates. It will take 6 - 12 business days for your item to ship from our printing vender’s facility. You will receive tracking information once your item ships, which will be 2 business days after you place your order. It will ship via FedEx Ground Home Delivery. Our Frames and Canvases do NOT ship outside of the United States.

I LOST MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?

In the event that you forget or lose your password, simply navigate to the top of this page and click on the My Account link. Once you are presented with the Account Login Page, select the Forgotten Password link. Enter your email address in the form, and click the “submit” button. Shortly after this submission, you will receive an email confirming your password credentials.

HOW DO I SIGN OUT OF MY BRYANANTHONYS.COM ACCOUNT?

Go to your account section and use the Log out button.

E-GIFT CARDS

Upon your completion of the checkout process, then you will electronically receive an E-Gift Card via email. To send this gift card to another recipient, you can print out the email or forward it to the recipients’ email address. Gift card emails contain a code that can be applied at the end of the checkout process.

Unfortunately we do not have the option to delay or schedule the delivery of a Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Card. However, the E-Gift Card is sent to your email address so you can forward it to the recipient at your convenience.

Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Cards are non-refundable, all E-Gift Card sales are final. If you return an item that was purchased with a Bryan Anthonys E-Gift Card, your refund will be credited in the form of store credit.

PRODUCT CARE & INFORMATION

Our 14k gold and silver (rhodium) finishes give our products a unique appearance. All of our products are plated nickel free and sealed with a clear anti tarnish coating to help protect the piece and provide a long lasting hold to it's finish.

GOLD VERMEIL

Unlike regular gold plating, Vermeil (pronounced vehr-may) is a type of jewelry made with precious metals aimed to last a lifetime when cared for properly. To be called "vermeil", the jewelry piece must include the following:

1. Sterling silver as its base material. Sterling silver is a standard material used in high-quality jewelry.

2. Be layered in gold that is at least 10k (10 karats). That means the gold is at least 41.7% gold content -- we chose 14k (which is 58.3%) for its soft, lustrous hue.

3. Possess gold layers that are at least 2.5 microns thick. A micron is 1/1000th of a millimeter. We use 100 layers (100 mils = 100 millionths of an inch) to ensure the most durable finish possible.

RHODIUM-LAYERED STERLING SILVER

1. Sterling Silver is a precious metal alloy composed of 92.5% pure silver.

2. In addition to utilizing a Sterling Silver base, we also add a layer of Rhodium, which enhances its shine, durability, and protection. Due to its rarity Rhodium is one of the costliest precious metals in the industry

3. Sterling silver requires special care to preserve its appearance and longevity. To prevent it developing a patina as much as possible, we recommend protecting your jewelry & its finish by removing it before swimming or showering as it can dull or erode precious metals. Avoid contact with lotions, perfume, and other beauty products to protect your piece from potential damage and tarnishing. 

All of our products are plated nickel free and sealed with a clear anti-tarnish coating to help protect the piece and provide a long lasting hold to it's finish.
